Long Weekend watches as operated by CSH Group Co. Ltd. require a 30-45 day period to complete assembly on any single watch order.

Payment will not be collected from you until there has been confirmation on both the order and the shipping arrangements.

As all Long Weekend watches are assembled to order according to customer specifications, after confirmation of your custom Long Weekend watch specifications, our policy is that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

However, in the event of any defects in materials and workmanship in regards to any component of the watch, a refund or exchange can be arranged at the discretion of CSH Group Co. Ltd.

Please contact us at support@longweekend.watch with any inquires regarding returns or exchanges, before shipping your watch to us.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  If your return is rejected, we will require you to pay a 10% inspection fee as well as all shipping costs to send the item back to you.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@longweekend.watch.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If your exchange is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will notify you when we ship your exchange within a certain amount of days.  If your exchange is rejected, we will require you to pay a 10% inspection fee as well as all shipping costs to send the item back to you.


SHIPPING
In the event we have granted pending approval for a return or exchange, you should mail your product to: Unit 925 Megacube, 8 Wang Kwong Rd., Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Please note that your watch must be mailed to us in all of it's original packaging.


You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item. Depending on scenario, you may be reimbursed for your shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Due to the high value nature of our watches, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your package, and if we don't, we will be unable to process your return or exchange.
